2–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing for Indian entities. Strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance , including GST, TDS, HSN/SAC codes, and statutory invoice requirements. Experience in end-to-end invoice processing , including invoice validation, coding, matching, posting, and exception handling. Knowledge of PO and Non-PO invoice processing , with the ability to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies. Ability to review invoices for compliance with company policies and Indian regulatory requirements before processing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal business teams. Proficiency in ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, Coupa, or similar) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail , with the ability to manage high volumes while maintaining accuracy and meeting SLAs.
