Job Description

Join the SS&C Graduate Programme as a Graduate Product Delivery Lead and learn how to manage the end-to-end delivery of products and initiatives. You’ll work alongside experienced delivery leads and build your skills in agile delivery and stakeholder coordination. What you’ll be doing You’ll work closely with an experienced Product Delivery Lead, developing your understanding of agile delivery. Over time, you’ll take ownership of delivery activities and progress towards independently managing delivery for a product. Other duties include: Support end-to-end delivery of products and initiatives Track progress, manage risks and remove blockers Assist with agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinement) Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery alignment Use metrics to support continuous improvement Communicate progress to stakeholders What we’re looking for Degree requirement (essential): 2:2 or above in Business Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or 2026, or be due to complete their degree before the programme start date. Essential skills: Evidence of project coordination or managing deadlines Strong organisation and time management Ability to identify issues and propose solutions Strong communication skills Experience working in team environments Desirable: Experience with tools such as Jira or Trello Awareness of delivery metrics Working in a data and AI-driven organisation At SS&C, we are increasingly leveraging data and artificial intelligence to enhance our products, services and decision-making.
