As a  Product Audit Technician at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.      What awaits you?

Work Environment  – You will work in a modern, high-tech production environment focused on high-voltage energy modules. In your work you will directly interact with the product and the production process, ensuring strong practical engagement with advanced technologies. Team  – You will be part of a skilled and dynamic team, cooperating closely with colleagues from production, maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance, as well as with international R&D partners and other BMW Group plants. Product Audit and Compliance  – Your core responsibility will be to perform product audits on high-voltage energy modules, verifying that all components and functions meet internal and external specifications and standards. Problem Analysis and Corrective Actions  – You will evaluate audit results, identify potential issues, and coordinate necessary corrective or preventive measures in collaboration with relevant departments. Process and Continuous Improvement  – You will ensure timely and efficient execution of product audits, and with your hands-on knowledge and experience contribute to improving audit processes. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing  – You will regularly exchange information and best practices with experts from production, quality management, and development teams to strengthen global product quality standards within the BMW Group.

What should you bring along?

Education  – You have a vocational training as a technician in the electrical, electronics or mechanical area. Experience  – You have at least 3 years of experience in industrial production or quality assurance and are familiar with industrial manufacturing processes preferably in the field of mechanical, electronical or automotive manufacturing. Work Schedule  – The position follows standard office hours. Language Skills  – You can communicate confidently in both Hungarian and English, in writing and speaking. German language skills are an advantage. Methodological Knowledge  – You have experience with electrical, mechanical, and visual inspection methods and are proficient in interpreting technical specification documents such as drawings and are familiar with standard office software.
