Prepare workstations, materials, and parts for Paint Technicians. Prep, mask, and tape vehicles before painting. Wash vehicles before and after paint application. Color-sand, polish, and buff vehicles before delivery. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Use paint materials efficiently and safely. Follow manufacturer, insurance, and company repair standards. Inspect completed work for quality. Return tools to their proper locations. Communicate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Report safety concerns and assist with other assigned duties.

Strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency. Good communication skills. Automotive body shop experience is helpful but not required.
