This role serves as the primary business lead for CLM capabilities, partnering with Legal, Sourcing, Studios, Privacy, Compliance, and Technology teams to streamline contract processes, drive platform adoption, and deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes. The successful candidate will act as the configuration lead for CLM, translating business needs into scalable workflows, managing vendor relationships, driving roadmap priorities, and helping shape NBCUniversal’s next generation of AI-enabled contract management capabilities. The role supports the continued evolution of enterprise CLM, contract intake modernization, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, and enterprise expansion initiatives.

CLM Platform Ownership Serve as the primary business owner for the CLM platform (Malbek). Manage and prioritize the CLM enhancement backlog and roadmap. Configure workflows, templates, clause libraries, metadata models, approval routing, and reporting capabilities. Partner with application support and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements. Identify opportunities to improve contract lifecycle efficiency and user experience. Business Analysis & Solution Delivery Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Studios, Media, and Corporate functions.
