Purpose: This role will support the Cardiovascular business by serving as a strategic advisor and trusted business partner on healthcare compliance matters. The successful candidate will partner closely with commercial, medical, and functional leaders to enable compliant business growth while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and corporate responsibility. The Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer will provide oversight and execution of key elements of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Program and ensure the integration of healthcare compliance principles into business strategies, operations, and decision-making processes. This individual will proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks, influence business decisions, and drive a culture of ethics and accountability across the organization. You will be responsible for: Strategic Business Partnership Serve as the primary Health Care Compliance business partner for the Cardiovascular organization. Provide strategic guidance on commercial, medical, and business initiatives to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Partner with business leaders to incorporate compliance considerations into strategic planning and operational execution. Support compliant innovation and business growth through practical, risk-based solutions. Compliance Risk Management Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Identify emerging compliance risks and proactively recommend actions to address potential concerns. Monitor changes in the regulatory and healthcare compliance environment and assess business impact. Provide guidance regarding healthcare compliance, government interactions, transparency requirements, and related corporate integrity obligations. Commercial and Medical Activity Support Review and advise on commercial and medical activities, including: Marketing strategies and campaigns Promotional and educational materials Sales training programs Incentive compensation plans Medical education activities Business and brand planning initiatives Internal and external communications Support business partners in navigating complex compliance considerations while advancing organizational objectives. Compliance Program Execution Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Health Care Compliance Program. Establish and maintain processes, controls, and tracking mechanisms to address identified compliance risks. Oversee issue identification, escalation, investigation support, corrective action planning, and follow-up activities. Partner with Legal, Privacy, Human Resources, and other governance
