About this role

Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

| The Team The Creative Strategy team was established to support Creative Excellence across APAC (ex-India), helping our Content teams bring great content to our members. We partner with teams across Korea, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Australia, responding to the unique creative ambitions, opportunities, and needs of each market. Our work ranges from partnering with Creative Executives to sharpen individual titles and strengthen creative practices to connecting ideas, talent, and opportunities across markets and enabling global collaboration.

| The Opportunity We are looking for a Coordinator who can help turn the team’s initiative into coordinated, sustained action. Reporting to and working in close partnership with the Director, Creative Strategy – APAC (ex-India), you will be an early member of a lean team, helping connect projects, people, and priorities across markets. You will create visibility across a growing portfolio of work, ensure that important context travels, and help regional initiatives move forward with clarity and momentum.

This is a unique opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping how the function operates while gaining a broad view of how content and creative teams work across APAC. The role is grounded in project coordination and operational execution: bringing structure to complexity, anticipating what the team needs, and ensuring that ideas and commitments translate into clear next steps and meaningful follow-through. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy connecting the dots across different markets and cultures, are energized by building something new, and recognize that different contexts call for different answers. You are comfortable adapting your approach as needs evolve and take pride in enabling others to do their best creative work.

| Core Responsibilities

* Track and coordinate Creative Strategy’s active projects, title engagements, and regional initiatives across APAC (ex-India), maintaining clear visibility into stakeholders, status, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and next steps, while proactively surfacing gaps or potential delays

* Translate the team’s priorities, ideas, and commitments into clear actions and projects, driving coordinated execution and sustained follow-through across markets

* Coordinate scheduling, communications, and information flow across Creative Strategy, local Content teams, cross-functional partners, and global teams, preparing agendas, presentations, and briefs that clearly capture context, decisions, and next steps

* Develop and maintain practical systems and trackers that bring structure and visibility to the team’s portfolio of work and enable effective regional and global–APAC collaboration

* Track relevant internal slates, new releases, competitive activity, and partner developments across APAC, and compile the information and research to support team projects and regional initiatives

* Build trusted working relationships across markets and functions, developing a strong understanding of different priorities, stakeholders, and ways of working to help the team operate effectively across APAC

| We're looking for

* A minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or a similarly complex, cross-functional, and cross-market role, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and shifting priorities without losing sight of important details.

* The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and establish practical ways of working in a lean, newly established team, where processes and priorities will
