About Us
Fireworks is the platform for specialized intelligence, enabling companies to build, train, and serve AI models tailored to their own data, workflows, and products. Founded by the team behind PyTorch and backed by AMD, Atreides, Benchmark Capital, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, NVIDIA, Sequoia Capital, and TCV, Fireworks powers production AI with hundreds of state-of-the-art open models across text, image, embedding, audio, and multimodal workloads. Today, Fireworks is a Series D company valued at $17.5 billion, bringing together an ambitious, collaborative team that's building the future of enterprise AI. We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to design, operate, and continuously improve the systems powering our marketing and SDR motion. This role sits at the intersection of marketing systems architecture and field execution — ensuring HubSpot, campaign tooling, and SDR workflows are not only well designed, but actively driving pipeline for our marketing and sales teams. You’ll work closely with marketers, SDRs, and GTM leadership to ensure our systems surface the right signals, automate the manual work, and help the funnel move faster — all in close partnership with the GTM Engineers on our RevOps side, so the stack stays one system instead of two silos.
The Role
Everything about how marketing and SDR teams engage prospects is changing — and the pace of change is faster than ever. You’re an engineer first: someone who’d rather build the automation than repeat the manual task twice. You also happen to be genuinely energized by marketing — campaigns, messaging, funnel mechanics, and how a lead actually becomes pipeline. You architect and operate the marketing side of our GTM tech stack — ensuring tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, Harmonic, and Zapier work together seamlessly, and that data flows cleanly between them and Salesforce. You’ll design integrations, build messaging and lifecycle automations, and partner directly with marketers and SDRs to ensure the stack is actually helping them convert — improving workflows, removing friction, and making sure signals translate into action. When SDRs struggle with tooling, campaigns break, or lifecycle stages misfire, you step in to refine the system and make it better. What You’ll Own Marketing Systems & Automation Design and maintain the architecture of our marketing tech stack, ensuring HubSpot and adjacent tools operate as a cohesive system with Salesforce Build and maintain integrations across HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, Harmonic, and Zapier Design lifecycle, nurture, and messaging automations that eliminate manual work and improve conversion at each funnel stage Ensure enrichment data, engagement signals, and activity history flow cleanly between marketing and sales systems SDR & Campaign Operations Partner closely with SDRs and marketing leadership to ensure systems support real day-to-day outbound and campaign workflows Design and maintain MQL → SDR → AE routing and handoff logic Build and operate campaign infrastructure for demand gen programs (webinars, events, ABM plays) end to end Support onboarding and training for SDRs on the tools and automations they run through daily Data Integrity & Marketing Insights Help maintain HubSpot as a clean, reliable system of record, in step with Salesforce as the source of truth downstream Support the marketing data model, automation, and field governance to ensure consistent data capture Build and maintain reporting that provides visibility into funnel performance, campaign impact, and MQL quality — reconciled jointly with the RevOps GTM Engineering team so numbers match across systems What We’re Looking For 3–5 years in Marketing Operations, Engineering, or GTM Ops with real ownership of automation (not just tool usage) Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience — admin or architect level Experience managing a github repo Working fluency in Salesforce — enough to understand lead/contact/campaign objects and
