Raytheon’s Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) strategic business unit (SBU) specializes in multi-domain integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors, and cyber solutions. Focused on program execution, business growth and the highest level of customer satisfaction, the ASDS team provides customers with unmatched capabilities of detection and sensing, command and control, and air-to-air, air-to-surface, and surface-to-air munitions to accomplish air, space and missile defense missions.

Serve as the cost, schedule, and technical performance owner for assigned control accounts within the program. Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and execution, including cost and schedule variance analysis, Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates, and baseline change control. Collaborate with program management and engineering teams to ensure alignment of scope, schedule, and budget. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in program performance, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Use data-driven insights, performance metrics, and forecasts to support informed decision-making and course correction strategies. Lead root cause analyses and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and program success. Work closely with Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads and cross-functional stakeholders to provide a holistic, big-picture view of program execution. Prepare and present financial and performance data to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and government regulations. Contribute to development of all EVM-related deliverables and associated program performance metrics, as well as preparing for and execution
