As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will deliver professional nursing care directly in patients' homes. You assess their needs, develop personalized care plans, implement treatment strategies, and evaluate outcomes to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for each individual.

Make initial nursing evaluation visits within 24-48 hours of referral or as directed by the physician Assess and reassess patients' physical condition, mental status, and suicidal potential Initiate and revise treatment plans according to psychiatric nursing standards Instruct and supervise family members in patient care and maintaining a safe environment Provide specialized nursing services and perform physician-ordered treatments Assist families in identifying daily living challenges and accessing community resources
