Serve as technical leader and test engineer on medium to large engineering development teams to create cutting-edge Command and Control (C2) software products. Perform full life cycle systems engineering tasks including system requirements analysis, definition, architecture design, trade studies, integration, verification and validation (V&V), formal testing, and software installation. Act as a department systems engineering subject matter expert to solve critical technical problems with innovative solutions, along with mentoring other engineers. Design, develop and test exciting and innovative advancements in Multi-Sensor and Information Fusion, Networked Situational Awareness, and Visualization technologies.

You Must Have Experience as lead systems or test engineer on a software development program. Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

We Prefer Experience with any of these systems: Link 16 Tactical Data Link (J series messages), Command and Control (C2), Surveillance/Radars, Air Traffic Control, Mission Planning, Missile Systems or Combat/Fire Control Systems, or Shipboard Combat Systems such as Aegis and SSDS Mk II. Experience with Systems of Systems Software Integration and Test across multiple operating environments such as Linux, Windows, Virtual Machines, and Containers.
