About this role
About this role As a Business Consultant you will be part of the Aladdin eFront North America business and work on deploying our industry-leading private markets technology solutions. Business Consultants have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients ranging across several asset classes, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private debt, and venture capital, advising clients on system best practices and workflows around fundraising, deal pipeline management, fund management, portfolio management, investment monitoring, as well as producing related financial statements and regulatory reporting. Business Consultants are expected to be organized and efficient, simultaneously managing multiple client assignments, assuming responsibility and accountability for delivering entire components of a project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client workshops and training: Provide training on out-of-the-box solutions, advise clients on industry-standard solutions, and act as an eFront product expert. Perform gap analysis: Engage the clients’ key stakeholders to identify and document business requirements , challenging clients on their existing business processes and requirements where appropriate . Design and implement solutions: Work in conjunction with technical c onsult ing team s to implement, and test solutions that meet client business requirements. Manage client relationships and project delivery: Work alongside Project Managers, managing day-to-day client relationships on projects, providing effort estimates, and supporting project planning and task allocation. Provide ongoing implementation support: Deliver continuous client advisory and support during the implementation, including solving data migration/reconciliation issues and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with colleagues : Contribute to knowledge sharing across the global Implementation group and help build an inclusive and supportive environment. Drive product innovation: Partner closely with the Product team to communicate new requirements and trends observed with clients, helping shape product innovation.
Desired Skills
5+ years’ work experience within the financial services industry, preferably in a tech nology, accounting or operations role. Knowledge of alternative asset classes such as private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate and infrastructure. Experience using or implementing financial technology. Understanding of investment management workflows Technical skills/background is a plus; curiosity for technical aspects is a must . Exceptional analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Customer service oriented and experience facing off with clients . 
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$147,500.00 - USD$195,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
