Partner with the best As a field specialist you will carry out the operations on machined parts to a high degree of quality. You'll be able to work under your own initiative to meet the production schedule of the plant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products. As a field specialist, you will be responsible for: Operating and monitoring coiled tubing units, injector heads, reels, and control systems. Leading rig-up, pressure testing, job execution, and rig-down activities. Monitoring real-time job parameters such as tubing depth, weight, pump rates, and well pressure. Performing pre-job inspections, function testing, and basic equipment troubleshooting. Conducting risk assessments and ensure compliance with Baker Hughes and customer HSE requirements. Recording operational data and prepare accurate job reports for customers. Coordinating with the customer, rig crew, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations. Mentoring operators and junior personnel while maintaining high operational standards. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor in Engineering is preferred) Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a field specialist or field engineer in coiled tubing operations have a minimum of 7 years of experience in oilfield services and nitrogen pumping Have strong knowledge of Coiled tubing equipment, Pressure control equipment (BOPs, stripper, lubricator), Nitrogen pumping, Well intervention operations have strong knowledge of HSE procedures and risk management Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
