Job Description

AECOM is seeking an experienced Program Manager for this exciting opportunity to oversee the long-term management and growth of our Federal portfolio in the Pacific Northwest. The selected candidate will take over an existing portfolio of large capacity multi-year contracts, work with business line leadership to develop and lead a dedicated project management team, oversee multiple project task orders from an executive level, develop and track pipeline and oversee compliance with regulatory and company standards, regulations, and quality assurance programs. This position may be located out of Seattle, Portland or Anchorage offices. Required responsibilities for the Federal Program Manager include a proven track record of: Managing and leading federal projects and programs, ideally for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), the U.S. Air Force, or other Federal Agencies. Experience building and leading successful program management teams. Close successful collaboration with other Architecture, Engineering, and General Contractors. Managing and directing professional and technical staff to complete complex architectural and engineering projects. Achieving contractual performance and financial milestones across the lifespan of multiyear / multitask order contracts. Manages aspects of a program such as oversight of project managers, oversight of project controls or similar. Provides direction and oversight to AECOM staff and subcontractors. Generally has task and project management experience, including successful completion of several large projects.
