Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager-Clutch. This is a full time, on-site position supporting our Kings Mountain, NC manufacturing facility. Relocation assistance is available to those in the US/PR. The Value Stream Manager-Clutch is responsible for overall management of production operations in our clutch department. Overall responsibility for leading the clutch manufacturing team in achieving customer satisfaction through lead time reduction, product quality, product cost, and employee safety goals aligned with key metrics. Coordinates with all groups to meet customer requirements. Drives performance and deploys continuous improvement to achieve or exceed financial plans, employee engagement and strategic goals. Leverages resources and motivates personnel to create high performance culture. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. What you’ll do: Leads, manages, trains, develops, and motivates the cross functional value stream team of supervisory, engineering, quality, and materials professionals. Establishes value stream goals and objectives consistent with the overall plant goals and objectives. Gives periodic performance reviews with the value stream managers under their leadership Ownership of value stream cost out opportunities, manufacturing productivity, and continuous improvement Understands, supports, and works within current plant guidelines and policy to promote accountability to performance Understands their customers’ requirements and determines how to deploy and manage the value stream people, equipment and tooling to meet the requirements and support the plant objectives Forecast, analyze and report capacity, OEE/OAE, scrap, downtime, productivity, and other operational data for your value stream Responsible for communication throughout the value stream to include the hourly workforce, suppliers, customers, divisional teams, and the community where needed. Identifies needs for continuous improvement to the value stream equipment, processes, and personnel People - Champions and actively participates in the facilitation of the following initiatives for the facility in general and for the Value Stream team specifically: Eaton Values and Philosophy, Leadership Attributes, Ethics, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Hub, OCA, Manufacturing strategy, and E-STAR. Health and Safety - Champions and actively participates in the following environmental, health, and safety initiatives: MESH, ISO14001, NC Star Program, and other safety / environmental programs established for the facility for a safe work environment. Ensures that all members of the value stream team are trained in the applicable environmental, health and safety practices. Quality – Champions and actively participates in the following quality initiatives / programs: Eaton Quality System (EQS), IATF16949, and etc. Plant Financial Performance - Collaborates in the development and execution of facility profit plan objectives, the High 5 metrics and other balanced scorecards.
