What the Day Will Look Like In this role, you will support the administration and processing of reinsurance claims, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely follow-up throughout the claims lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing incoming claims and inquiries through work management systems. Analyzing and processing reinsurance claims to generate billings, notifications to reinsurers, and confirmations to clients. Supporting the collection and recovery of claims from reinsurers. Maintaining complete and accurate claims files and historical records. Reviewing claim-related communications and documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and professionalism. Working closely with Claim Advocates to resolve coverage discrepancies, claim issues, and client or reinsurer inquiries. Utilizing industry tools and systems to support claim reporting and processing activities. Mentoring new team members and contributing to team-specific initiatives. That Will Lead to Success Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience. Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Professional demeanor and strong client-service orientation.
