Project Brief: The project includes superstructure, ELS, site formation and civil drainage works.

Perform statutory duties as T3 required by the RSE and RGE including those relating to Technical Competent Person requirement pursuant to the Supervision Plan of the Buildings Department. Accountable and report to the AP/RSE/RGE under supervision of the RSE/RGE’s Representative. Provide professional assistance to Resident Engineer/TCP T5 or design office as appropriate. Review on the contractor’s proposed late-cast openings at structural elements to suit their construction sequences/methods. On-Site liaison on the contractor’s CBWD between the Contractor, Site Team and Design Office. Carry out specific tasks as per requirement and checklist devised from RSE/RGE and representative of Client. Check the works in compliance with the approved plans, the approved temporary works, method statements, precautionary and protective measures. Monitor the work of the Registered Contractor’s TCPs. Deal with non-conformities by making referral to the RSE/RGE’s representative and notify TCPs in other streams. Assist to check the contractor’s structural works are in compliance with the statutory and contractual requirements. Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy. Implement and monitor the quality assurance system, site safety and environmental systems on site. Attend Site Progress Meetings, QA/QC Meetings and any other necessary meetings. Assist to prepare and submit bi-weekly site reports, QA/QC reports, inspection reports, defects
