About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead and shape our resolution and resolvability reporting frameworks across key operating entities, serving as the subject matter expert for core EU resolution deliverables. What you'll be doing
Directing the end-to-end production, governance, and timely filing of EU resolution deliverables for our consolidated group, including for holdings, credit, and investments Taking ownership of primary regulatory reporting obligations, ensuring precise and compliant reporting (EBA RESOL 1 and 2, MREL/TLAC reporting, SRB, EOVC frameworks, etc.) Navigating complex data nuances across multi-entity regimes, balancing bank capital rules (CRR II/BRRD II) with investment firm requirements (IFR/IFD) within the resolution group Collaborating with Treasury to forecast and monitor MREL/TLAC capacity, ensuring eligible liabilities and deduction rules are accurately reported across the HoldCo and subsidiaries Leading SRB dry-run exercises and valuation preparedness, while refining bail-in playbooks to guarantee operational readiness Acting as the key liaison for National Resolution Authorities, the SRB, and audit teams on all matters pertaining to MREL and resolution reporting Advancing scalable automation and robust controls for data pipelines, including the implementation of XBRL taxonomy updates across EU returns What you'll need 8+ years of experience in regulatory/resolution reporting, treasury, or regulatory advisory within an EU bank, investment firm, or consultancy (Big 4) Expertise in EU Resolution Frameworks (BRRD II, SRB expectations for banks, EBA ITS on resolution reporting, IFR/IFD) A proven track record of delivering EBA RESOL 1, EBA RESOL 2, MREL/TLAC, MBDT, and EOVC submissions Technical fluency in regulatory taxonomies, XBRL reporting engines, and data model architectures Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging directly with the SRB, NRAs, and executive leadership Impressive analytical and numerical capabilities The ability to make sense of regulation and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports and improve existing ones To be an independent self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a diverse environment Great organisational skills to plan and deliver to tight deadlines, with impeccable attention to detail A background in project and people management Nice to have Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or automated regulatory tools (Axiom, SQL-based reporting engines) Experience
