As a Working Student in AI & Management Consulting you join our Value Engineering team to focus on driving and closing opportunities by identifying and selling the value Celonis can bring to customers. Our Value Engineers (VE) are the trusted advisor for customers and work on the intersection of technology and business. VEs don't just understand code; they understand the entire architecture of a deal. By bridging the gap between deep technical capability, customer pain points, and revenue mechanics, it stands out as one of the most high-impact roles in tech

As a VE Working Student, you will sit at the intersection of data engineering, process intelligence, and business strategy. You won't just support the team; you will actively build data-driven solutions within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to uncover hidden inefficiencies for companies across the Nordics market. This is a highly analytical role where you will translate complex business challenges into technical requirements, using SQL/PQL, data modeling, and AI capabilities to transform raw data into million-dollar business cases

The work you’ll do

• Mine & Model Data: Use the Celonis platform to analyze complex business processes, exposing hidden inefficiencies and engineering absolute operational transparency.

• Architect Use Cases: Translate high-level customer business challenges into rigorous technical requirements, building actionable, data-driven use cases within the Process Intelligence Platform.

• Deploy Advanced Analytics: Leverage Celonis data modeling, SQL/PQL, and native AI capabilities to generate deep insights and optimize enterprise-scale operations.

• Align AI & Tech Strategy: Evaluate and integrate Celonis solutions and AI features to map directly into a customer’s broader enterprise technology roadmap.

• Quantify Financial ROI: Transform raw data findings into hard financial metrics, building management-ready presentations that prove the exact operational value of implemented solutions.

• Pitch to Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional project teams to deliver technical findings and strategic, data-backed recommendations straight to customer decision-makers.

• Bridge Tech & Business: Act as the ultimate product and analytical expert, translating complex data-driven solutions into clear corporate value.

The qualifications you need

• Student of Business Analytics / Industrial Engineering / Business Informatics / Technology & Management / Economics / Mathematics or of a comparable program

• Strong communicational skills and interest in interacting with potential customers

• Experience in consulting and highly interested in Data Analytics

• Knowledge in SQL and Python or related database query languages (completion of Celonis "Rising Star" modules would be a plus)

• Confidence to present to senior stakeholders and larger audiences

• Passionate for data, OpenAI and LLMs and the impact it can have on the world

• Analytical mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute

• Fluent in English, with professional proficiency
