The Accessories and Lifestyle area drives Aftersales business growth by enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the BMW/MINI dealer network.   What awaits you?

Supporting preparation of reports and presentations (mainly in Excel and PowerPoint) and assisting in monitoring ongoing projects and rollout activities

Supporting communication with dealers and internal stakeholders, as well as helping in creation and updating of instructions, guidelines and documentation

Supporting market analysis and data collection, including monitoring selected processes and basic KPI tracking

Providing organizational support for meetings, workshops and trainings

Assisting in digitalization and process improvement initiatives

What should you bring along?

Student status (preferred fields: business, logistics, IT, management or similar) and availability to work approx. 30 – 40 hours per week (flexible to fit studies)

Basic analytical and organizational skills, with good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Polish (fluent) and English (min. B2)

Motivation to learn and interest in digital processes / automotive industry

Basic understanding of IT systems or business processes, and first experience in corporate environment or student projects
