Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.    The Tactical Strike Portfolio within the Strike Initiatives (SI) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU), under Raytheon – Air Space and Defense Systems has an exciting opportunity for an Integration & Development Analyst role supporting the SIP SWM (System Improvement Program Software Maintenance) contract. This is an entry level role within the Tactical Strike Finance organization for someone eager to learn and support the Raytheon mission. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the day-to-day execution of the Integration pillar under the Tac Strike umbrella.  This role is supporting the Lot Integration and Test / SIP SWM finance Sr. Supervisor and will interact with the Finance Lead, Program Manager and functional support managers daily.    This role requires an individual with a willingness to learn and ability to assist in the execution of 2 contracts valuing over $150M. The candidate will require the capability to handle multiple actions simultaneously.

Candidate will be a strategic business partner, requiring clear communication, cross-functional relationships, and collaboration with the various functional teams.   Ability to do in depth analysis of the financial metrics and provide meaningful insight to both Finance and Program leadership. Demonstrate critical attention to detail and accuracy in their reporting. Responsible for aspects of financial controls including weekly reporting, monthly forecast submissions to the United States Government customer, and assist in annual Estimates at Complete.

You Must Have  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other Business related discipline. Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis  Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required  Experience using the major Microsoft Suite Platforms i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word  U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. *Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
