TikTok Shop - Seller Growth Strategy & Operations Manager

The Seller Growth team owns seller acquisition and incubation for merchants on TikTok Shop in Spain. As Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll design and run the seller missions, outreach programs, and other initiatives that take sellers through onboarding, listing, content creation, and ads — and then help them grow and scale on one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms.

You'll own growth strategy end-to-end for Spain: spotting the opportunity in the data, designing the program, and driving it through execution with cross-functional partners. This role suits an Operations, Program, or Project Manager who thrives in a fast-moving environment and pairs a sharp analytical mind with strong execution.

- Design, execute, and iterate seller acquisition and incubation strategies for the Spanish market. - Build differentiated growth playbooks across seller segments, running seller missions and seller outreach campaigns. - Monitor growth metrics, spot trends, track budget ROI, and run attribution analysis to steer growth direction. - Surface growth opportunities through data analysis and convert them into concrete solutions and plans. - Turn ambiguous problems into solutions that improve processes and workflows. - Run project and stakeholder meetings effectively — drive discussions to decisions and keep programs on track.
