Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Channel Strategy
Drive revenue growth across the India channel business in alignment with global and BU priorities Define and execute a strong partner strategy, including segmentation, development, and optimization of the partner portfolio Set clear growth expectations with partners based on market, application, and customer opportunities
Gross Margin & Commercial Discipline
Own gross margin performance through pricing discipline, partner mix optimization, and governance Partner cross-functionally (pricing, finance, BU teams) to balance competitiveness with margin quality Monitor inventory, demand signals, and sales performance to improve efficiency and reduce leakage
Partner Leadership & Demand Creation
Build and lead strategic relationships with key partners through structured governance (QBRs, scorecards, opportunity reviews) Drive demand creation through distributor networks, improving pipeline quality and conversion rates Lead customer-facing initiatives such as technology days and joint engagements
Operating Cadence & Execution
Establish a strong operating rhythm including weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews Track and manage KPIs across sales, pipeline health, conversion, service levels, and margin drivers Identify performance gaps
