Central Ops Associate, Workforce Staffing - Global Candidate Experience Operations

As a Central Operations Associate you will play a critical role within Workforce Staffing Centralized Operations to help candidates move through the hiring process. Key job responsibilities Your key responsibilities will be running audits, granting permissions to tools and fixing errors that are preventing the candidate from getting hired. You will also collaborate with recruiters and local HR teams to ensure hiring team success by identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Finally, you will assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. A day in the life Candidate must have strong customer service skills, a desire to exceed expectations, and a team player with a solid work ethic. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently with minimal supervision. Candidate is expected to have great organizational skills and attention to detail, be able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidate must be flexible in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Candidate will have a solid sense of accountability and acute judgment - ability to handle confidential information and escalate when appropriate. Previous recruiting/HR experience is highly desired.
