Job Summary

The Director of Education provides strategic leadership and oversight of all hospital education programs, including New Employee Orientation (NEO), clinical orientation, competency validation, leadership development, and continuing education. This role ensures that staff at all levels maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver safe, high-quality patient care and comply with accreditation and regulatory standards. The Director collaborates with department leaders to identify learning needs, develop evidence-based education initiatives, and foster a culture of professional growth and lifelong learning across the organization. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
