About this role

Position Summary: The Flight Crew Scheduler schedules Flight Crewmembers in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Company policies and procedures, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The highest level of customer service is essential while coordinating with other departments and communicating with Crewmembers. Essential Responsibilities:

Schedule and notify Flight Crewmembers in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR Company policies and procedures, and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) using available data and reports Monitor Flight Crewmembers’ schedules for irregularities Process Crewmember schedule adjustments using automated computer programs Arrange for Crewmember hotel and/or transportation if necessary Assist with research, data analysis, development and execution of departmental programs Complete other duties as assigned by Crew Services and/or System Operations Leadership

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma One (1) year customer service or office experience Successful completion of pre-employment assessment(s) Available for overnight travel (10%) Must pass a pre-employment drug test Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience Crew Scheduling experience Operations experience in Part 117 and 121 Airline environment

Compensation

The base pay for this position starts at $26.25 per hour.
