ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage purchase requisitions through coordination with the Sourcing team Create, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure adherence to agreed lead times and delivery schedules Execute delivery management to ensure timely arrival of materials and services Escalate and resolve delivery issues and goods received discrepancies with stakeholders Confirm end-user requirements through coordination meetings to align purchasing needs Ensure compliance with relevant IMS/BCMS control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 Guide the organization and suppliers to comply with company policies, including RBA requirements, Ethics and Compliance, Trade Compliance, and IMS/BCMS standards Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field Minimum 3 years of professional experience in indirect procurement within medium-scale manufacturing environments Demonstrated proficiency with multinational ERP systems PREFERRED: Proven expertise in report generation and data analysis Demonstrated competency in managing complex procurement documentation and compliance requirements SKILLS: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations, including customs clearance procedures Proficiency with AI tools and digital platforms Additional Information #LI-UJ1 WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
