Your Career In enterprise cybersecurity, data is king - but only if you can ingest it, orchestrate it, and act on it instantly. As a visionary, technically sharp Senior Product Management Leader , you will own the foundational engine of the Cortex platform. In this high-impact role, you will lead a dedicated team consisting of a Product Manager (PM) and a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to build a seamless, world-class ecosystem of 1st and 3rd-party integrations, out-of-the-box security content (playbooks, packs), and a thriving Cortex Marketplace. You will be driving the strategy for how our customers onboard, connect their entire security stack, and automate their defenses at scale.

Lead & Mentor: Manage and scale a high-impact team, providing strategic product direction to your Product Manager and technical/go-to-market guidance to your Technical Marketing Engineer. Own the Cortex Ecosystem: Define the vision and roadmap for our 1st and 3rd-party connector strategy, ensuring flawless data ingestion, integrity, and depth across the platform. Supercharge Automation & Content: Drive the lifecycle of high-value platform content—including automated playbooks, integration packs, and streamlined onboarding workflows that turn complex security data into immediate value. Scale the Marketplace: Treat our Marketplace as a strategic product lever, maximizing the velocity, quality, and adoption of community and partner integrations. Drive Platform-Wide Synergy: Act as a central bridge, collaborating closely with Engineering, Security Research, and peer PMs across XSIAM and Cortex modules (XDR, Cortex Cloud, Exposure Management) to deliver a unified, elite security experience.

Your Experience Proven Leader: At least 5 years of Product Management experience, including a minimum of 2 years successfully managing and coaching team members (PMs, TMEs, or closely related technical roles). Cybersecurity Native: A solid background in cybersecurity from at least one of your previous positions. ​ Preferred Qualifications Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience in SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) or SIEM environments, with a strong preference for product management experience in these areas. You know what makes an automated playbook effective and why seamless integration matters. Integration Champion: A proven track record of managing complex 3rd-party integrations, navigating external vendor/partner ecosystems, and building developer-friendly APIs. SecOps & Workflow Knowledge: A deep understanding of SecOps workflows and how security analysts operate daily. Ecosystem Thinker: You look at platforms holistically and understand how to bridge the gap between core product strategy (PM)
