Job Family Definition: Design end-to-end interaction experiences for complex features, translating product goals into intuitive user flows and scalable interaction patterns.  Work within this job family falls into three major categories: (1) enhancements - changes to original design and extensions to existing programs. (2) new experience designs (3) strategic experience design – new or improved ecosystem experience, experience architecture, etc. Management Level Definition: Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for achieving objectives. May provide team leadership and mentoring to others.

Design end-to-end interaction experiences for complex features, translating product goals into intuitive user flows and scalable interaction patterns. Own the design from end-to-end — from user research, concepts exploration to design reviews, delivery, and usability testing Work on interaction design for medium-to-large features (from concept to delivery) Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes Define interaction patterns, states, edge cases, and micro-interactions Collaborate closely with product
