Our team decides what goes there, building the systems that allocate, personalize, and render this surface for hundreds of millions of customers, billions of times a day. We are rebuilding it from the ground up with science and automation. You will lead a team that spans engineering and science, turning models for allocation, opportunity cost, and personalization into the production systems that run Homepage and replace manual curation with intelligent ones. Key job responsibilities - Lead a team that spans engineering and science, turning allocation, opportunity-cost, and personalization models into the production systems that run Homepage. - Replace manual curation with intelligent systems, owning the roadmap for automation, campaign management, and content quality (including the Campaign Hub and override management). - Own the hard technical decisions for services that serve hundreds of millions of customers under tight latency and high traffic. - Grow the team and the partnerships, recruiting engineers and scientists who work at the intersection of production systems and science, and aligning stakeholders across Stores, Ads, Devices, and Prime Video who compete for Homepage space.
