How will you make an impact? As PLM System Analyst, you will provide technical expertise to build effective and scalable PLM solutions, aligning with Thermo Fisher Scientifics standards & strategic objectives. What will you do? As a PLM System Analyst, you would be responsible for supporting the validated and non-validated production PLM systems by resolving access, incident and change requests in timely way and enhance user experience. How will you get here? Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. Oracle Cloud PLM developer/admin/fundamentals certification is preferred. Must have Two or more years of recent development / implementation of Oracle Cloud PLM Experience working in Apps Composer, OTBI, OIC and Redwood Features. Knowledge in working with Validated systems (CFR 9 Part 11) is a must Troubleshooting L2/L3 issues on Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PLM. Extensive hands-on experience designing and developing all aspects of PLM and MDM solutions Functional knowledge of PLM for part management, document management, CAD management, change management etc. Knowledge on life science regulations across different countries, DHF management, DMR management etc. is added advantage Integrate the Oracle cloud with downstream ERP systems like E1 and SAP, BI for reporting, Hybris and other applications. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong collaboration across cross regional (US, EU and India) teams and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment as well as work independently Hands-on experience on projects in the life science domain The candidate will be involved in requirement gathering, analysis, build, and test. Should be familiar with Build, deployment procedures and Version control tools Support, monitoring and troubleshooting of both production and non- production environments Promotes support best practices and proactively takes measures to empower support teams to resolve issues with agility.
