HR Technology Analyst Senior

HR Technology Analyst Senior Schedule: Must be able to work one Saturday per month and may have to work some weekends and evenings during implementation periods. Must be able to work CST or EST hours. Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The  HR Technology Analyst will be responsible for serving as the liaison between the HR functional area and IT in translating complex business needs into application technology solutions. How you will make an impact: Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and varied business process needs. Develops or collaborates with Development staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing. Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
