As a Sr. Manager, Technology and Innovation Strategy , you will play a key role in shaping technology, innovation and execution strategy for HTCS—connecting customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies. In this role, you will directly work with the HTCS President and partner with technology leaders, regional business leaders, engineering teams, customers, and external stakeholders to drive strategic pillars of the organization around innovation, new products, customer centricity, digital/AI transformation; impacting business growth and operational excellence This role is designed for someone who thrives by bringing together business strategy, technology foresight, customer insight, and execution discipline that delivers differentiated value for customers and measurable growth for the organization.
