Cold calls and emails candidates to prequalify candidate core skills and interest in current or potential positions; assesses and judges candidate skill and experiences and passes viable candidates to senior recruiters and our candidate management system. Documents calls in Application Tracking System (ATS); updates any required information including new resumes. Builds out full matrix of skills in markets.
