Opportunity

Overview As a member of the Rhythm international field-based Medical Affairs team you will be working within the field of Rare Genetic Disease of Obesity. The Scientific Affairs Manager (SAM) will serve as a trusted scientific partner to external experts and decision makers through mutual scientific engagement and exchange. The SAM will leverage their scientific background, industry knowledge, and business acumen to act as a scientific resource to both internal experts and internal colleagues. He/she will support the local Hospital Affairs Lead (HAL) and will be responsible for building peer to peer relationships with external experts and other stakeholders to provide clinical, scientific, and medical education in the territory. The SAM will support research initiatives, advisory boards, and other compliant scientific exchange activities to support Rhythm ’ s strategically aligned Medical Affairs Plan aimed at identifying and addressing the unmet needs of people living with rare genetic disorders of obesity.
