About this role
We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and results-driven Strategic Brand Growth Manager with key account management experience to support top China-based selling partners and emerging CN brands in maximizing their presence and business on Amazon Brazil. This role will collaborate with the existing Seller Management team, Product team, and destination Marketplace team to manage CN sellers' end-to-end journey in capturing growth opportunities in Brazil. You will leverage Amazon's suite of products and services to drive new business growth and maximize revenue generation for these sellers. In parallel, this role will proactively identify business blockers and improvement areas, and partner with Amazon internal teams to resolve them, continually enhancing the seller experience on Amazon. You should have a proven track record in strategic or key account management, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, along with the creativity to develop original approaches and operational improvements. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ownership is extremely important. Your superior communication, organizational, and inside sales skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will be responsible for achieving our business objectives. This role offers ample opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-moving landscape. Core Responsibilities: - Own the strategy and direction for identifying, qualifying, and engaging Amazon's existing sellers for the Amazon Marketplace, while articulating a clear value proposition—along with its features and functionality—for selling on Amazon. - Meet or exceed quotas, revenue targets, and operational metrics. - Analyze the business and conduct deep-dive analyses; provide routine executive-level reporting on sellers' current performance and future opportunities. - Publish recommendations and action plans grounded in data. - Partner with and influence internal teams to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business. Advocate on behalf of sellers and other external stakeholders to influence the product roadmap.
