As an Associate / Engagement role, you will: Break down complex business problems into clear, discrete workstreams and tasks Identify the critical drivers of a problem and guide junior consultants to focus on what matters most Plan and execute rigorous analyses, ensuring quality, structure, and speed of delivery Diagnose core issues within complex analyses and translate findings into practical, compelling recommendations Work closely with clients and project team members to move work forward day to day Manage small teams, coordinating priorities, timelines, and deliverables to get the work done Provide valued insight and subject-matter perspective, becoming a trusted contributor for clients and colleagues What you will bring Just as every client project is different, so we recognize and value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets for successful candidates.
