Position
Summary: As the Hearing and Post Discharge Meals Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of the hearing aid and post discharge meals benefits strategy and design with national vendors. This role is accountable for delivering a cohesive, compliant, and high-performing member experience across a complex and growing portfolio of supplemental benefits. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and internal and external vendors, to drive execution, and ensure alignment to business goals, regulatory requirements, and member needs. Success in this role will be based on your ability to manage day-to-day execution and synthesize complex information to drive clear decisions in a highly matrixed environment.
