Job Description Oversee aircraft turnaround activities (loading, unloading, fueling, pushback) Ensure on-time departures and arrivals, Enforce ramp safety procedures and aviation regulations Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Supervise ramp agents, equipment operators, and ground crew Train and develop staff on procedures and safety standards Ensure proper use and maintenance of ground support equipment (GSE) Optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency Analyze operational data to improve efficiency Qualification Diploma or Bachelor's degree 5+ years in ground handling or airport operations Prior supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of ramp safety and aviation procedures Leadership and team management skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Employee Type:   Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
