The Team
S&P Global’s Managed Data Services team leverages market-leading technology and a global team of experts to provide an end-to-end data management solution for private markets investors. The LP Associate plays a vital role, overseeing a range of functions to facilitate the delivery of quality data and insights to our limited partner clients. Responsibilities and Impact: Oversee and facilitate the collection of private fund data from financial reports. Perform quality control reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of data. Collaborate with various internal parties to understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of data. Lead and manage ad-hoc projects to satisfy client or business needs. Identify and execute opportunities to improve processes and workflows. Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $67,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Degree in relevant field 1+ year financial services experience Experience with Microsoft Excel, and the motivation to learn new applications Ability to work effectively with others in a team setting while under the pressure of deadlines High attention to detail Additional Preferred Qualifications: A strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting Accounting or Finance degree An understanding of programming languages such as SQL is desirable but not required Experience working with large datasets in a live environment Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
