In your role, you may work from the following Medtronic sites: • Tijuana, Mexico • Villalba, Puerto Rico • Minneapolis, Minnesota This role will require up to 25% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects As part of the Manufacturing Innovation & Technology (MIT) team within Medtronic’s Operations Innovation organization, the Sr. Engineering Manager, integrated Center of Excellence (iCOE) Polymer Shaping & Molding (PSM), leads an integrated team advancing polymer molding, micro-molding, and additive polymer manufacturing technologies from concept through scalable deployment. This role drives both hands-on technology development and enterprise manufacturing strategy, overseeing feasibility, process development, and transfer into manufacturing and NPI while defining long-term investment and capability roadmaps. In close partnership with R&D, R&T, AME, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, the Sr. Manager ensures the delivery of compliant, scalable, and high-impact manufacturing solutions, translating innovation into measurable operational value through a team of technical SMEs and strategic leaders.
