Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering-related opportunities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analyzing market information

Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by creating classic and timeless experiences with each client experience

Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients to enable future bookings

Ensure you and your team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks in a prompt & thorough manner.

Represent the Sales team to provide a quality of service and exceed client expectations

Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external

Experience in a similar hotel Business Development Manager role is preferred

Working rights in New Zealand

Valid New Zealand full driver’s license
