The goal of PNC’s Development Programs is to move analysts and associates from development roles into production roles in one of PNC’s lines of business. The Data, Modeling, and Analytics (DMA ) Development Program is an 18‑month rotational program that provides exposure to quantitative and business analytics, data science and modeling, and data‑driven decision‑making across commercial and consumer businesses. Analysts work with experienced professionals who transform data into actionable insights to support portfolio management, risk management, capital decisions, and business strategy. The program includes a structured learning curriculum, exposure to senior leaders, and a robust mentorship experience. Rotations support PNC’s data strategy including: Commercial and Consumer Data Management Portfolio Analytics Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Data and Decision Science Marketing & Consumer Analytics Business Operations Enablement Fraud & Anti- Money Laundering (AML) Analysts will gain direct exposure to various business areas including: Asset Management Group (AMG) Corporate Institutional Banking (C&IB) Commercial Real Estate Residential Real Estate Retail (credit card, auto, etc.) Small Business Analysts work on real-world business problems and apply PNC’s vast collection of analytical and modeling tools: Generative AI (e.g. GitHub Copilot) Cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS) Big Data systems (e.g. Apache Hadoop) Application Development (e.g. SQL, Python, R, and Tableau) Quantitative development and deployment environments Upon successful completion, analysts are placed into roles where they can continue building their careers across PNC’s analytics disciplines. Job Profile: Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.
