About this role
The Opportunity
We’re building a category-defining design product at the intersection of creativity, AI, and modern application experiences. This initiative is a significant investment in the future of creative workflows . It explores how intelligent systems help people move from ideas to polished, usable outcomes faster while maintaining quality, control, and creative intent. Success will come from deeply understanding where users experience the most friction today. We will identify the audience for whom the product becomes indispensable first and craft an experience that makes a new workflow feel trustworthy, repeatable, and ready for real-world use. What You’ll Do Help define a new product category and sharpen the product thesis. Drive and evolve the product roadmap from early development through launch and GA. Balance product-market fit discovery with execution rigor. Partner closely with engineering, research, program management, and marketing. Drive structured discovery and validation with early users and pilot customers. Identify the initial target audience and highest-value use cases. Establish success metrics and evaluation frameworks. Represent the product narrative to executives and cross-functional collaborators. Collaborate across globally distributed teams. What You Need to Succeed 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of products from early concept or incubation through public launch and growth. Demonstrated success in 0→1 product development. Strong execution rigor in fast-paced , ambiguous environments. Excellent product judgment for design-adjacent, creator-facing, or high-craft tools. Strong cross-functional leadership and influence. Comfort engaging with technical systems and collaborating deeply with engineering teams. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
