Pension Plan Data Administration Knowledge of the US DB pension data domain, including pension plan information for individual participants. Understanding of regulatory requirements for plan participants. Conduct reasonability assessments on pension plan data to confirm accuracy and adherence. Communication Keep collaborators informed on progress for all projects. Interact with multiple collaborators, including the ability to discuss details of calculations with Actuaries. Workflow Management Estimate future workload capacity and manage priorities based on urgency and importance. Follow up on outstanding queries and advance for support in a timely manner. Teamwork and Collaboration Brainstorm with colleagues to develop innovative solutions. Volunteer to support the team by picking up additional workload when needed. Continuous Growth Develop a comprehensive understanding of business tools and volunteer for testing and troubleshooting. Stay up-to-date with changes in the regulatory environment and advancements in technology.

4-7 years of prior experience in a related industry. Proficiency in MS Office. A keen attention to detail to guarantee perfect completion of tasks. Knowledge of SalesForce will be preferred.
