Lead a strategic focus area of the eCommerce portfolio to accelerate long-term profitable eCommerce growth. Define business objectives to achieve long-term growth goals. Understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and key barriers to business growth. Create the end-to-end strategy for how we will address primary barriers and grow the business. Be the champion for the business, ensuring cross-functional alignment, prioritizing outcomes and supporting enablement teams in executing the strategy to deliver intended outcomes. Understand and provide visibility for the rest of the organization into performance and what we must do to optimize and accelerate growth.
