The Limb Deformity Manager will drive the planning, direction, and oversight of key MaxFrame / Limb Deformity activities and strategic priorities, ensuring that all financial targets are achieved and that the business is operating in a manner that will maximize growth. This includes but is not limited to sales results, product launches, and education programs. As the key owner for the MaxFrame / Limb Deformity business within the assigned area, this role functions as a conduit between the sales and marketing organizations within the business to set direction and partner with the assigned Area Vice President(s), Regional Manager(s) and Marketing on the execution of that strategy.   Key Responsibilities : • Assess market trends, data and business opportunities within the assigned area within the US • Utilize data and insights to develop a strategy and action plan and partner with Area Vice President(s) and Regional Manager(s) to execute this plan • In partnership with the Regional Managers, provide clear direction, strategy, and leadership to sales consultants through various communication methods to strategize maintaining focus on complex deformity procedures in local areas • In partnership with Commercial Education, lead, develop, and implement the Sales Education programs for portfolio to ensure the sales force is compliantly trained on the safe and effective use of our products and strategic selling skills • Maintain a strong internal network allowing collaboration with peers across all projects and initiatives • Lead monthly calls with Regional Sales Managers and Area VP’s to discuss and and assess all sales strategies and plans • Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders • Partner with Regional Manager and sales team to support existing users and convert competitive users. • Act as a clinical liaison between the surgeons and other DePuy Synthes departments. • Collaborate with Marketing and R&D on various initiatives including, but not limited to, surgeon
