Key Responsibilities • Lead the day-to-day operation of the Banqueting department, ensuring events are delivered to the highest standards. • Oversee the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, gala dinners, and other large-scale events. • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery. • Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and effective problem resolution. • Manage labour costs, productivity, and departmental budgets while maintaining service excellence. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, food safety, and company policies.

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to manage high-volume banqueting operations within a luxury environment.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Banqueting Operations Manager, Assistant Banqueting Manager, or similar leadership role within a high-volume 5-star hotel. • Strong experience delivering large-scale conferences, gala dinners, weddings, and corporate events. • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • A strong focus on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance. • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
