As a PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing manufacturing and test processes for Satellite PCBA sub-systems. You will be a key member of the development team and will be the main interface between internal engineering and operations teams as well as our manufacturing partners. Key job responsibilities • Develop test strategy, implement and optimize test setup/processes at Contract Manufacturing sites including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software. • Work with the Design and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges by verifying compliance with DFM and DFT principles. • Identify and report product failures to manufacturing and quality teams • Train operators on test processes and support recurring certification programs • Record, analyze, and report process metrics to predict and eliminate process failures • Support PCBA debug and root-cause failure analysis at Contract Manufacturing sites • Provide feedback to Engineering on test coverage, fault isolation capability, and PCBA failure trends for continuous improvement efforts • Manage configuration changes and manage configuration control throughout the process
