Harvest Manager

Key Functions: The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role within the Coastal Georgia Team, tasked with contract administration and the implementation of harvesting and transportation strategies to align with planned volumes and market commitments. Responsibilities encompass a spectrum of duties including on-site verification of harvest plans, negotiation of harvesting contracts, supervision of harvest operations, ensuring contractor safety compliance, merchandizing and optimizing product utilization, maintaining timely system updates, monitoring contract performance, ensuring quality in thinning operations, enforcing environmental compliance, addressing contract noncompliance and performance issues, and managing logging road maintenance activities. This role serves as a cornerstone in facilitating the success of Wood Flow, Marketing, Silviculture, Planning, and Geographic Leaders in achieving their annual plans and objectives.
